inco.studio was founded in 2001 by communication designer Christian Groeschel.
Today inco.studio is as a full brand agency for communication design with focus on motion design, corporate design & interior architecture design. We support our customers through brand development, corporate identity, and corporate sound. Our extensive network of subcontractors ensures proper implementation of all ideas and concepts we develop.
Christian Groeschel has become selfemployed after training as a carpenter he started inco.studio, initially as a sound and multimedia studio. With training on the instruments, firstly commissioned compositions, films and multimedia arrangements were produced. Nearly at the same time, he started his studies in communication design at the HTW and graduated with a diploma as dipl. communikationdesigner (FH).
Today, the combination of multimedia, corporate and spatial installations, handmade interior concepts is the core area of inco.studio. The brand develop, spatial staging and actual implementation & planning is our strength.
Contrasts of old and new surfaces, the combination of materials, colors, sounds, typography and images in 2D and 3D is our passion. We always translate new topics into space, form, sounds, smell, colours, pictures and emotions.
Since 2015 he also teaches as a lecturer at the HTW in the department product design & communication design.

U.S. shoe manufacturer Red Wing opened its first store in fall 2009 in Mitte-Berlin…owned by S.Brandenburg & K.Knipschild…founded the men’s clothing store Burg & Schild. Both stores were designed by Berlin-based Inco Media.
Inco Media founder Christian Gröschel made the visual connection between Red Wing Shoes and Burg & Schild with a combination of old, used and new building materials. “The basic idea of the Red Wing Store was to translate old, historic materials, shapes and colors in a modern idiom,” Gröschel explains. “It wasn’t about giving this the look of a museum shop for a company that goes back more than a hundred years, but rather our aim was to reflect the successful history of the brand Red Wing Shoes. The style can be described as raw, pure and porous used openly.
